There is an unauthorized debit order for R39.34 going off my account every month for EC3 SDRIVE SD111184. I did not give them permission for this nor did I sign up for anything from them . I need them to cancel this service immediately and refund all the money that they have deducted from me *******ly.

The interview was very professional, training is a success all thanks to jerome who's one of the trainers, I really learnt alot from you keep up the good work!. It was a great pleasure to have the directors of the company meet us on the first day of introduction. Hoping to have many more years with the winning team!

I am beyond disappointed by this company as I had put so much of my time, money and faith in them yet they have failed me in more ways then one. I was employed by EC3 as a Key Accounts Manager for approximately 3weeks of which only 3 days was training and the rest of the period I was on the floor working. I was firstly mislead into believing I was being appointed into a customer centric role only to find that I would be doing sales work and only after selling their product would I then be regarded as a Key account manager for that particular business that I obtain. I had only signed a training contract but had been advised verbally that I had passed training. Due to unforeseen circumstances I lost a family member and communicated with my manager that I would need time off only to find that I was dismissed due to absenteeism which was understandable based on my tenure in the company. My biggest disappointment is the company not compensating me for the weeks I had worked even though I had spent so much of my time and money travelling to the company and giving off my best on a daily. This company has disappointed me and proves to be nothing but a scam that does not have any people skills or any form of appreciation or empathy especially because they failed to at least use their discretion as they are fully aware of my capabilities to say the least. I need them to compensate me as I've spent over R1000 travelling to them and back and also dedicated so much of my time and energy. Where is the human factor in this business? I am so disappointed in how you treat your employees.

EC3 have been illegally deducting R78.68 from my account for many years now. All attempts to stop this payment have failed. They need to stop these payments and refund all illegally acquired monies as I have not entered into any legal agreement with them. The reference on my account is EC3 SDRIVESD111534.

This call centre is absolutely ridiculous I was employed there for 2 months and had to resign due to personal reasons In the month of Feb I made over R3000 commission which was supposed to be paid in arrears. However I have not received anything. When I called in to find out and asked them about it they said that it had been forfeited . My question to the lady I spoke to was "is the company not benefitting from the money I made them yet I get nothing In return? " her response was " No they are not because my commission is used to cover dialer costs for the amount of calls I made to customers ! This really doesn't make sense to me because with the sales I did make they were receiving a profit not to mention all the commission that was not paid. On the outside this company seems great and makes alot of promises but in reality they find every way possible not to pay their employees what's due to them .
