I have had a good experience with the hoby group. I reluctantly had to cancel my subscription due to being retrenched, and this left me with financial uncer*****y.
MTN contacted me a year ago informing me that my contract was up for renewal, i went online and chose a contract including a Samsung S21 with a free Galaxy Tablet, they had a problem with stock and I ended up receiving the phone one and a half months later than the contractual agreement. I never received the galaxy tablet as per contract. I mailed customer service many times in the perusing months and every time they replied by saying that my claim has been escalated to management level. I was eventually notified that I don't have a claim and my query has been successfully closed, just like that. Totally unacceptable MTN.
EC3 have been illegally deducting R78.68 from my account for many years now. All attempts to stop this payment have failed. They need to stop these payments and refund all illegally acquired monies as I have not entered into any legal agreement with them. The reference on my account is EC3 SDRIVESD111534.
