I am so disappointed. I requested a trip using my card this morning that charged me R150 but the driver vehicle didn't move when I called the driver he requested I cancel he accepted the trip by mistake. I cancelled the trip but my money was not reversed back into my account. This was done at around 7am its now 2pm and I still haven't received my money. I have reached out to support with no luck. I need my money back for my transport as well as my kids!!! Im so disappointed
I ordered from kfc Pavilion westville today via Mr D and the delivery was excellent but the order was so disappointing because my mini loads were both stale and I was starving. They showed best before date of 20th of Feb but they were terrible even when I tried warming them. I had to throw them away. Im not one to complain for no reason but im extremely disappointed 🚮🚮🚮
I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I pay R310 monthly but the service always has issues. Their whatsapp customer service line is an even worse nightmare, you spend days asking for assistance of any form instead yii get transfered from 1 rude agent to another. They dont bother resolving any issues yet the service is cut as soon as no payment is received. I really am already looking to switch service providers because I cant be paying for such poor service. Its a nightmare!!!
I am so disappointed in Fnb actually not just disappointed but upset! I have reached out to the chat system on the FNB app yesterday because I was having issues on my app where I was unable to generate a proof of payment. They passed me from one agent to another for 2 hours until one of the Aspire service suite consultants by the name of Tshenolo confirmed she would send me my Transactional statement and promised it would be free under the circumstances. This morning I wake up to a negative balance because of an interim statement fee on my account. I reach out to the chat system and not even 1 consultant expressed any empathy instead I was told to lodge a complaint. 1 of the consultants literally spent 5 minutes reading my chat then just transfered me to another agent. The incompetency and terrible customer service is disgusting and I need someone who will go through my chat history for today and yesterday and investigate this and provide a resolution!!! I am sick and tired of FNB, if you cannot hire the right people and provide them with the right training so they no what they are doing rather close the Chat line because it's such a nightmare!!! Very disappointing for such a big bank!!! I am so annoyed and upset!!! I want the statement fee charged on my account removed as it was not supposed to be charged!!!
It is so sad that with Pay Joy the only time you get an issue resolved is by escalating it here on Hellopeter. The chat, WhatsApp and phone line is pathetic, it doesn't help that you deal with AI who doesn't assist fully. Please review this as it is frustrating. I have paid the last balance on my phone of R106 however the phone has been blocked. I need assistance as the phone is now paid in full!!!
I am once again totally frustrated with Pay Joy and not being able to speak to a live agent all weekend with 2 locked phones has been such a nightmare. I need to request an extension for a week on both my phones please. I dont even understand why the one is even locked when it only has a balance of R106. This is ridiculous. I would like to rate the terrible service provided my Reabetswe Mohale a few minutes ago. I requested her help because my phone has been blocked and i am unable to make an online payment via my banking app due to the device being locked. I am aware that my phone has been extended but i requested that my phone is unlocked just for an hour for me to access my banking app and pay. No empathy and emotion from her to show she understands and loves assisting customers she just gave me fact and failed to acknowledge my emotions and put herself in my shoes through empathy. I was happy with Payjoy until my interaction with her. Really disappointing! Customer service is so important. Please train your staff more so they dont sound robotic. Might as well speak to AI all the time if even humans are robots.
I am so annoyed and disappointed with FNB. I have been on their chat line for about an hour being passed from pillar to post over a current statement request that is not available on the banking app. I can't believe how pathetic and inefficient they are. No resolution instead I am told to go to an atm for a current statement due to my statement not being accessible due to statement cycles. This is ridiculous and stupid especially for such a great company. I'm so disappointed. I will be closing my accounts with you guys. I can't deal with such nonsense.
My experience so far has been ok. I have been with Payjoy for about 2 years now. I have 2 phones that i pay for but I am struggling this month to make my weekly payments on both my phones. I have requested an extension but i await feedback as both my phones are locked which is so frustrating as i cannot do anything. I hope i get the assistance i need as a loyal customer.
Very disappointed. I used the Debonairs Pizza app on my phone and ordered pizza for supper for myself and my kids. 15 minutes after placing the order I receive a call from a very unprofessional guy called Lindani from Debonairs Westville and he rudely told me they will not deliver as they do not deliver in my area. My question is, why accept my order if you will not deliver it and only notify me 15 minutes later that you will not deliver in my area. I'm very upset and disappointed not only for not getting the order but the pathetic service received. Never again!!!
