Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct
Dear EC Security Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received today regarding a scheduled appointment.
An appointment was confirmed for 13:00 PM. However, by 14:15 PM, no one had arrived, and I had not received any communication from your team to explain the delay or offer an apology. When I took the initiative to call, your team seemed unaware of what was happening.
To make matters worse, I was transferred to a supervisor named Michael, whose conduct was shockingly unprofessional. He was extremely rude, repeatedly hung up the phone, and refused to take responsibility on behalf of the company. When I asked why the technician had been changed or what had happened to the originally scheduled technician, he failed to provide any explanation and again chose to end the call.
This level of service is unacceptable. It is both frustrating and disappointing to be treated with such disregard, especially by someone in a managerial position.
I expect a formal apology and a clear explanation of what went wrong. I also urge you to take serious action regarding Michael’s behavior, as no customer should be treated with such disrespect. I hope to hear from you promptly regarding this matter.
