I have been attempting to cancel my membership since January 2025. Despite sending multiple written cancellation requests, Easy Holidays has consistently failed to process my cancellation, always introducing new obstacles. After stopping their debit orders, I was suddenly informed telephonically that I must pay the arrears and the balance of a full year’s membership fee in order to cancel. I requested this confirmation in writing, due to past failures, but they have refused to provide any formal letters or emails. This conduct is unacceptable and appears deliberately obstructive. I have now reported Easy Holidays to both the NCC and the CGSO for investigation.

I had a great experience with DION. He was professional, patient, and attentive to my needs, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He provided helpful referrals , recommendations and ensured that everything was well organized. I truly appreciated their efficiency and friendly approach—it made planning my trip so much easier.

Not quite a good experience so far. I have a voucher that I've been trying to get information on to redeem. I messaged someone at the end of Jan, who provided me with links on the places and asked for dates then advised there was no availability, I've been left on read since the last month, when I called yesterday the person I spoke with was insisting that I messaged the day before when I had not, instead of helping me, or giving me any information, she was on about the messages she can see I sent, which was a month ago! Also said someone will contact me back, still has not happened. Very rude and no telephone etiquette, I understand we are using a voucher, but it's not free, we are still paying and still going to spend at the resort if we even get there. I also initially tried contacting them early to ensure I get dates for when I needed, but that's not the case, it's almost as if no one wants to help, also for some odd reason, no one else seems to be able help, besides the person who left me on read since Jan and still has not responded to me.

We have been members of Easy Holidays since 2008 and have only used the membership once ourselves; we gave away free holidays to family and friends as we could not use it in the time frames suitable for us. On 5 July 2025, we formally informed Easy Holidays that we wished to cancel our membership at the end of 2025. They requested reasons for the cancellation, which we provided immediately. Since then, we have received no response from the relevant department. We have followed up regularly with the agent who previously assisted us with a booking. Although she repeatedly apologised for the lack of communication from the department responsible for cancellations, she also never provided alternative contact details or escalated the matter effectively. As a result, she too must share responsibility for this continued lack of action. This is not the first time we have attempted to cancel. In the past, we were told that Easy Holidays would sell the membership on our behalf, yet nothing ever came of it. For anyone reading reviews before deciding to invest with Easy Holidays: be warned. The service is not worth it, and the process to cancel — even when you comply with all requirements — is ignored, which seems to be their strategy to ensure only they benefit. If anyone in these reviews has successfully managed to cancel their membership with them, please share the steps and contact info publicly. Consumers deserve accurate information, and the public needs transparency on how to exit these contracts. The lack of accountability from Easy Holidays is just astonishing - to revert to public review should not be the norm. Do better, be better!

Cancellation not yet processed:ref 1852524 I sent in my cancellation request on 11 August 2025 wanting to give a month's notice as there are no guidelines in my contract or on the website as to how to cancel your timeshare. I had 1 debit order left for the 2025FY. I had not used all my points for the year. 2nd September 2025:I received a response from consultant M, asking for the reason as to why I was cancelling my policy. I responded same day with my reasons. 30 September 2025: I received an sms to say a debit order was going off. I whatsapped the number that I had previously messaged with to enquire why I got the message when I had sent a cancellation request. 1 October 2025: Consultant S came back to me on whatsapp saying that my membership was not cancelled and I was liable for membership fees. I emailed the previous consultant asking what is happening with my membership to which I got a generic message saying she will forward my request "to the relevant people". 7 October 2025: Followed up via email with consultant M. 8 October 2025: Consultant M responded saying she is with the reservations department and has forwarded my request to the relevant people. 9 October 2025: finally someone from the credit administrator department emailed me stating that my request had been sent to the cancellation panel for review. I was then advised that if my cancellation was approved, i would forfeit all points and monies paid (which I presume would include the one debit order that went off without my permission- 1.5 months after I sent my cancellation request). I responded same day asking for the turnaround time for the cancellation panel to advise on their decision and to state outright that I do not accept that I forfeit the debit order for October as Easy Holidays was at fault for taking their sweet time to initiate my cancellation request. 13th October 2025: Followed up via email. 14th October 2025: CA department responded saying my request is with cancellation panel and they will advise as soon as they have feedback. 22nd October 2025: I followed up via email. No response. 27th October 2025: followed up via email. No response. 30th October 2025: I phoned easy holidays. Went to customer retention department. Spoke to quite a sweet consultant who followed up with the CA department but basically could not tell me anything. I emailed the CA department to document our call. 4th November 2025: followed up via email. No response. As of the date that I am writing this review, I have had 2 debit orders go off my account for the 2026 FY, it is now 3 months to the day that I sent my cancellation request in. Save yourself alot of time and money and just don't buy an Easy Holidays timeshare.

DO NOT sign up with easy holiday. They are quick to sell you on the concept, but when you try to cancel, it become a problem. We have been trying for two years to cancel our membership to NO avail. Last year we requested cancelation of our membership, and we were informed that we have to give 6 months notice as per our contract, and due to this we were too late to cancel that year per our contract. At the time we could not find our contract papers so we're unable to confirm this, so we paid the fees for last year. I then found our contract anfld there was nothing stating the 6 month cancellation cause. Did they lie to us or not??? Who knows??? This year my husband sent numerous mails timeously to cancel our membership, but no response from their customer service. Then what arrives last month? The invoice for the management fees arrives. Exactly what we were trying to stop. They are not interested in helping people that want to cancel membership or sell their points back. They just want your membership fee every year, and try to sell you more points. Our reasons for canceling are, Management fees too expensive, places we wanted to go to not available and therefore had to settle on somewhere we didn't want to go. Loss of points, due to us not booking holidays due to commitments, no customer service, no value for money, points required to go somewhere much more points required than you have aviable. This is just a waste of time and money. Don't be fooled by the pretty sales pitch and pretty pictures if venues available.
