I am appalled by the abysmal service from DSV. I have been forced to wait an entirely unacceptable 4 weeks just to receive my debit card. Today, I received an official notification stating delivery would happen between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I structured my entire day around this, only to be left waiting until 17:00 PM with absolutely zero communication, no phone call from the driver, and no feedback. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to hold a customer's time hostage for 9 hours without the courtesy of an update, especially for an essential item like a bank card. Extremely poor operations and zero accountability
