Credit Card Delivery

Good day.

I was supposed to have my credit card delivered almost a month ago and to this day nothing has happened . I told the lady at DSV that if they cant deliver to my address they can deliver at the branch in town and i'll collect it there. Then there was an issue with the delivery as there was no route coming to my town and then they said that they found one and till this day nothing has been delivered , no communication from ABSA or DSV. Please help to resolve this ASAP
