I bought a stand from these ****mers with hope to build a house in Centurion. They indicated that they have building packages to choose from. After purchasing a stand, we were told that the Centurion land was not approved because of the local community around Erasmia fought such development. However, we will be moved to another land that was in a process of being approved as it was purchased. There were emails after emails and calls assuring us that with the new land, they will first prioritize those who already purchased and allow them to choose their stands. All of a sudden since August when I try calling them, the phone is no longer in use. I tried texting on what's up, no response at all. I even sent emails; they are no longer responding. These people calling themselves Ditabeng Afrika Developments, seem to be ****mers, and they have fooled us, especially people from Centurion. THEY WENT AOL, THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! THEY RAN OFF WITH PEOPLE'S MONIES! THESE ****MERS!! PLEASE HELP FIND THEM.

I am one of the people who purchased the land in Centurion (farm), for the project that began in 2022 to 2023, were conned by Ditabeng Afrika Holdings. We initially believed it to be a wise investment, but it turned out to be a con. We were conned out of money by the Ditabeng (The Mahlangus) Directors, and they are refusing to refund us. We received threats (by email) that they could choose to liquidate their business after we insisted on our refunds. They are not showing any remorse for their actioned. Right now, they are still selling land to desperate South Africans. It is unfortunate that an African would treat another African with such disregard. They are offering underprivileged Africans empty promises. I fervently hope that the law will be app**** against them, and that South Africans as a whole will become aware of their deceptions and expose it. It is disturbing to see that they running this **** as a normal business and still selling empty dreams to South Africans, especially the Witbank, Pretoria and Johannesburg projects that are in motion. Africans please be aware of this con business.

There is no proper feedback with regards to the stands in Centurion. When requesting a meeting face to face there is always a to not want a face to face meeting but a telephone conversation. Delays happens and I understand but can it be more clear. If it means providing us our refunds and once everything is sorted then we can continue the process. I am really disappointed. I do like the aim behind it in empowering black people.
