Discovery not helping with withdrawal and causing financial abuse leading to stress and depression

About 8 weeks ago I called discovery to get assistance on how to withdraw my pension fund as I have resigned from my job and am without an income. I got referred to Andre Greyling whom I was told is my broker, I then contacted him, he confirmed that he is indeed the broker I am assigned to and said he will handle my case with urgency, we had a teams meeting and he requested i send him my claim forms and he said he will submit them, I have ben trying to get the status of my claim from him to no avail, it’s been over 6 weeks and the money should been paid out by now becaue I am without an income and my bills are piling up with intrest, this has caused me mental breakdown, stress and depression because it affects my lively hood. Why am i dealing with such unnecessary delays and unprofessional from their esteemed brokers? I need thi money asap. I need this escalated and treated with outmost urgency before something worse happens to me, I am tired of dealing with creditors when I have money being delayed by a lack of assistance from Discovey
