An order was placed for Blinds and payment was completed on the 24 March. Installation was to take place today however the blinds are not ready. To date I have not received confirmation of Installation date & time. I have to constantly follow up with no response received.

Made contact with their agent, via WhatsApp message, the communication was delayed and the agent seemed uninterested, asked which is my preferred store and never responded afterwards. I have blinds that were purchased from them, which needs repair, but the after sales service is poor.

Placed an order for blinds and installation at a fee of R1450 at the end of November 2025. Received the blinds, but never any communication around installation, that I ultimately ended up doing myself. Haven’t been able to get a hold of Decorland since the initial order was placed to request my refund.

I purchased on Decorland and the order and delivery was great, but when I had to return the goods as I accidently ordered more curtain rods than I needed, therefore I have 2 rods in the original packaging. I mailed their Customer service 3 times on their website and no response. I called the +27 31 396 9805 and an automatic machine answered and no response. I mailed [email protected] and Worst service ever!!

I placed an order with Builders Warehouse on 16 November, which was shipped directly from their supplier, Decorland. After repeated delivery promises from their courier, RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers, I only received the parcel on 28 November—nearly two weeks later and after a great deal of unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, the order arrived incomplete. Given the poor communication, delays, and overall lack of service from both Decorland and their courier, I cannot recommend this company. The experience has been deeply disappointing.
