Curro New Road - Poor Service and Communication

The education offered at Curro New Road is simply not worth the high fees. It feels like the school prioritises money above everything else, with little genuine concern for learners or parents once you are enrolled.

Raising concerns is extremely frustrating. Emails often go unanswered—even when the principal is included—which shows a lack of accountability and respect. Communication overall is poor, and it makes resolving even simple issues unnecessarily difficult.

The attitude from staff is also disappointing. Interactions with teachers, finance, and reception have been consistently negative, with a level of unprofessionalism that is surprising for a school of this reputation. Enrolling my son here is something I deeply regret.

At this point, I am just looking forward to cutting ties with the school for my own peace of mind.
