The education offered at Curro New Road is simply not worth the high fees. It feels like the school prioritises money above everything else, with little genuine concern for learners or parents once you are enrolled. Raising concerns is extremely frustrating. Emails often go unanswered—even when the principal is included—which shows a lack of accountability and respect. Communication overall is poor, and it makes resolving even simple issues unnecessarily difficult. The attitude from staff is also disappointing. Interactions with teachers, finance, and reception have been consistently negative, with a level of unprofessionalism that is surprising for a school of this reputation. Enrolling my son here is something I deeply regret. At this point, I am just looking forward to cutting ties with the school for my own peace of mind.
Sibusiso and Albert they did a great job
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Hisense. My Hisense refrigerator that I bought from Makro has stopped working abruptly, and the experience I had with their customer service was nothing short of frustrating. I called Makro and they escalated this issue to Hisense and provided me with the proof and Hisense email address as they promised to send a technician to come and repair the friidge I have been waiting for the technician since Friday with no update. It's now been several days, and I have received no communication or status update on when the technician will actually arrive. This lack of urgency and poor communication is unacceptable, especially for a major appliance like a refrigerator. To make matters worse, when I sent a follow up email I was given vague answers and no clear timeline for resolution. The entire process has been incredibly inconvenient, leaving me without a working fridge for an extended period. I had to discard the food
Stay away from APMWC they **** people. They do not have offices in Johannesburg park station but when you book their bus the pickup point is park station. They never pitch when you call them they don’t answer. Save your money and book other buses I don’t even know where to start to get my money from them
