Dear Si/Madam

Hope we can be helped her We booked in Cricklewood Manor Hotel wich is in Pretoria in Waterkloof. We checked the place on internet and it was beautiful and we call the they said its okay we can book they have space available then the agreement was to pay on Saturday wen we arrive bt later they called and say they running out of space so if we wanna secureour bookings we must pay and we did. On Saterday wen we arrive the place was not the one same the smell everything was just not a 5star so we didn't check in and we requested refund so that we can be able to book another place the Manager refuse and we try to call the police still he told them we wont get aything back so pleasw help me how can we aolve this issue.
