I received a so-called “final reminder” SMS from Credit Intel demanding payment for an account that has absolutely nothing to do with me. This is unacceptable and amounts to harassment.
When I contacted their office to correct their mistake, the consultant was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting, they abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking.
Sending payment demands to the wrong person is already a serious failure, but the shocking lack of professionalism when trying to resolve it is even worse. This kind of behaviour shows a complete disregard for basic customer service and accountability.
I demand that Credit Intel immediately:
Remove my contact details from their system Investigate how this error occurred Provide written confirmation that this matter has been resolved
If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
Avoid dealing with this company if you can.
