Mistakenly broke an item and had to pay 90%

Crazy Plastics Ferndale mall

I mistakenly drop some plastic containers with card board boxes in a narrow isle just before the paypoint and the made me pay 90% of the damaged one... selling price with R199.

I spent about R1100 at this store and had to pay additional for a product I did not need.

Don't they have insurance for these things?
