Refund our tickets

Me and my friend bought tickets for the Corona Sunsets Festival as first time attendees to see DJ Kent and Liquid Deep. Just moments before they even get to perform we were advise to leave as the event was cancelled due to weather conditions. Then a vague message was sent that we need to make our way out and head to Cafe Caprice for an after party. Did we budget for that? Do we even have transport for that? Did they consider all the other factors? I am still so livid and disappointed at the organizers, it would have been better if the event was just cancelled from the start but the fact that it continued till the artists that we paid money for did not perform, is very disappointing. We spent our hard earned money to purchase those expensive tickets and we would like a refund for the inconvenience caused. We want our REFUND!!!
