Ticket refunds
Corona Sunsets was cancelled and we did not even see our favorite artists perform. We were sent a vague message to go to an after party that we did not even budget for. We want our refund Howler and Corona Sunsets, as first time attendees, we are so disappointed. We want our ticket refunds !!!!

Refund our tickets
Me and my friend bought tickets for the Corona Sunsets Festival as first time attendees to see DJ Kent and Liquid Deep. Just moments before they even get to perform we were advise to leave as the event was cancelled due to weather conditions. Then a vague message was sent that we need to make our way out and head to Cafe Caprice for an after party. Did we budget for that? Do we even have transport for that? Did they consider all the other factors? I am still so livid and disappointed at the organizers, it would have been better if the event was just cancelled from the start but the fact that it continued till the artists that we paid money for did not perform, is very disappointing. We spent our hard earned money to purchase those expensive tickets and we would like a refund for the inconvenience caused. We want our REFUND!!!

Insurance claim enquiry
Totally disgusted and angry at how MTN South Africa treats their clients. I reported my case on the 05/12/2025, as my phone was ****** by my driver on Indrive the previous day. Sent follow up emails and even called to follow up on my insurance claim and no one has bothered to get back to me or advise how my case is going. I currently do not have a phone, and I need it as I use it for work and business purposes, the delay and unresponsiveness from MTN are now severely impacting my ability to perform professional duties, MTN is awkwardly quiet about my query but when it comes to debiting and sending multiple emails to pay them for my insurance they do not hesitate as I have adhered to all terms and obligations on my part. Their service is appalling and frustrating, I have been a very loyal client and would never recommend anyone to trust or take any contract with MTN.

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. This eeview is actually about yhe agent and not the company itself because my WiFi is on/off and I work from home so it affects my productivity but I was assisted by a lady called Tyler/Taylor, she gave me the best service ever with prompt answers and very patient with me. Took me step by step and made me understand everything. I would rate her a 100/10. Thank you Tyler/Taylor for the exceptional service 👏🏼
