I am cancelling an order and Coricraft refuses instore to refund me on my credit card that I paid with. I have to provide bank details. I bought the item in the name of my business and paid with a personal credit card and they accepted it no problem.
With the refund they insist on the Business Bank account. I phoned prior to going in to let them know I am cancelling and ask what documents I need. They advised me incorrectly. Now I am still waiting to be advised of correct details. The most horrible service. I cancelled the item because it was a dining room table that I was advised you can't clean with a wet cloth. What nonsense is that?
