Coricraft poor service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I waited 2 months for my order, only for the couch to arrive stained, the table delivered in gold instead of black, and the ottoman delivered in a completely different colour from the couch.

After raising these issues, I then waited another 6 weeks for collection and replacement. Your team collected the couch and ottoman and delivered only a replacement couch. The table issue still remains unresolved. To make matters worse, your delivery team is now claiming that the ottoman was never collected, despite the fact that it was taken from my house and I have camera footage confirming this.

I am tired of the poor service, delays, incorrect deliveries, and the constant daily phone calls. This entire experience has been stressful and unacceptable.

I am formally requesting that all remaining items be collected and that I receive a full refund within 7 days. Failing this, I will escalate the matter further and take my business to a company that values its customers.

Please treat this as urgent.
