CRF has bad customer service, they never deliver on time and when I contact the consultant they will make you wait and never come back to you wasting your airtime. This happens because it is a withdrawal claim as they usually quick to attend to new membership applications. They better give me my money by end of May as it is end of 8 weeks period as per their waiting period.

I have been waiting on crf to an email I wrote 2 weeks ago with assists .the are failing to fix the derective on they are side so one can submimit tax return.when you call they are agent do not know anything cant assits .

Funds were transferred from Discovery 2 payments were made to CRF one being in Jan and the last one being in Feb to date those payments are not showing on their App or website. I have called numerous times with most of the time no answer, some of the times they answer then you speak alone on the phone with no response from the other side but you can hear people talking and I have sent emails with no response or feedback from the fund just the automated response. On friday 13th March 2026 I managed to reach a lady by the name of Zuki Fodi who escalated the matter to the person responsible for my employer who is Lwazi Qungquto at 11:02 am and I followed up today 16/03/2026 with another email to Lwazi still there is no response and at this point in time I am not sure how to feel about this fund as it seems like I have made a mistake in choosing them there is a huge lack of Client Eccentricity. I wrote an email again on the 19th March included management of the fund Marleze van der Westhuizen, Marsha Swanepoel, Brion Oliver and to date there is no response nor acknowledgement of query about this disgusting service I am getting from this fund, if management does not care like this one then it tells you that this is not a fund one should invest in. My money has still not been allocated

Two pot nightmare I submit my two pot withdrawal on the 1st of March via the app of yhe amount of R30000. I've been waiting 2 weeks for payout, I only revived the payout on the 14th of March for only R7280 after taxes I still have a remainder of R19k in my two pot savings. They just gave me what they wanted. This fund is so bad when it comes to making payments. Its a nightmare dealing with these people and they dont reply to any emails or phone calls
