CRF has bad customer service, they never deliver on time and when I contact the consultant they will make you wait and never come back to you wasting your airtime. This happens because it is a withdrawal claim as they usually quick to attend to new membership applications. They better give me my money by end of May as it is end of 8 weeks period as per their waiting period.
I ordered a white sneaker for kids on 02.12.2025, they deducted money but I never received any order number on my email. When I informed them they said they don’t have my email address on their records while I have an email from them that they sent in October. I want my money back or they must send the sneaker!
