Crfund has arrogant staff. They are pathetic. Lies after lies. Reported them to Provident Fund Ajudicator as well to ensure they are dealt with.
So last week I made my way to ShopRite Westridge to purchase some groceries which was all good and well. One of the items purchased was the snow***** which I myself and my kids love. However upon opening up the packet of snow***** which according to branch manage is received in bulk then the store has it syruped and adds the coconut, had a strange smell but thought maybe it's just the packet that smelt bad. On first bite I could taste that it wasn't just the packet but the snow***** itself and also caused me to throw up. My wife then had and she too felt sick due to the snow*****. My 5 year old son then took one and shared it with my 1 year old daughter which caused them to feel ill as well as they too started throwing up. We called the store to notify them of the issue and was advised that the manager would come and collect the snow***** as it needs to be sent to " the lab" to have it tested and in the mean time would remove the rest off from the shelves. Manager never showed up and never heard from her for a few days. Eventually we called the store again, only for the manager to tell us that we need to throw it away and would get back to us within 24-48 hrs. Waited and waited but no call back. We then called the store again and the manager would not take the call. I myself then went to the store only to be informed that the store manager was off for the long weekend and that the managers that were on duty was notified but don't know of stuff being taken off from shelves that day as I explained the story to the managers on duty as well. Was told the store manager would be back on duty the Tuesday and would be returning my call. No callback received so I took things Abit further and contacted head office instead. The person with whom I shared this information at head office at first seemed helpful and would have the issue resolved. Had the manager pick up the snow***** from my location of which I at first refused to give until the matter is resolved. The store manager then issued a gift card saying that this is for the trouble of poor communication and that head office is still in process of having the issue resolved and would be delt with but they need to have the snow***** taken to the lab for testing so I then handed over the snow*****. The guy from head office then phones 2 hours later stating that the manager has issued a gift card and that there isn't anything else that could be done. All this after handing over the snow *****. Be careful people... And stand up for your right. Don't let them ***** you over as they did me. The so called gift card for poor communication and that head office needs to have the stuff sent off to the lab was a load of BS now we no longer have proof of the **** ShopRite Westridge is packing out on their shelves. Guess next step would be to have the health inspectors make a turn at that branch. Good luck
1st I had a problem with installation not being done on the day 11/10/19 due to as per installer (a kinked pipe) of which his colleague advised was just some sand that had to be blown out of the pipe. Came today 15/11/19 a hour late without any apology. Apon completing installation {time 5:25pm} installer advised that flashing light on router would steady within 10-15 mins, of which I would then receive an sms with my username and password. It's now 9:15 pm and still no sms nor email with username and password of which I called in and mailed them for it. 1st time client for fibre from mitchells fibre cool ideas and very disgusted by their poor service.
