Service is terrible the self service machine was full so I decided to go to the tills only to find the cashier busy talking to another staff I asked if I can pay she then asked me cash I said no card only for her to send me back to the self service machine and I had to stand in line to use self service machine while she stands talking to her friend I then mentioned to my girl about her service she give me a look and does not take her eyes of me tell I asked her if shes gonna do something which then she removes herself from looking at me

Not great customer experience...Clearwatet iStore closes at 19h00 and i was there just before 18h00; however the store manager literally said " my consultant already tired" we can only assist you the following day, it will be better if you put a note in store for future at least your customers are made aware that from 18h00 you are no longer assisting any contract customers rather than someone waste his / her time coming to the iStore an hour before closing. Secondly the call centre agent must advance customer accordingly.

I walked in a Telkom store at Clearwater mall at 17:55 pm and I was approached by a guy named ROFIWA who was very drunk and smelling of alcohol during working hours. firstly He was not wearing his name tag nor did he introduce himself as i walked in, I had to ask for his name after I saw his behavior and high smell of alcohol. He did not address me by my name or ma'am but chose to address me as MY LOVE. He refused to have me email the POA and when i asked why his answer was his not sure, I left the shop and went to do the POA. when I got back he was not in the shop , i was told he went to the toilet as he was walking back in He was shouting that He needs to go home to his wife and his car is outside therefore at 18:30 he must leave so everyone needed to hurry up and finish cause he wants to leave and does not have time for anything happening there. while another female employee was also dosing off while standing also smelling of alcohol. He only told me when his done that his only left with one sim once and I had initially called and to ask before arrival. i asked if he can in another branch and he said no he can not. i had to do use two stores to get two E-sims. Rofiwa was disrespectful, rude and no customer ethics training. He was shouting and making comments as if he was at a shebeen .I was very disappointed with the service from the store.. At the second store, we were assisted by Mr. Simon who was not only professional but did not have a problem with assisting us at 18:50. He was patient and very helpful, He even allowed us to email the POA to the store.

Today,I went to Pick n pay,but on my way out had to wait at cinnamon,I was not feeling well,I asked the lady to sit on the outside chairs,she said no,I answered and said are you chasing your customer away,she answered loudly and shouted "get out".I said,are you serious or joking,she repeated the words loudly and said,I said get out,she is a Tswana lady,she called the security to make sure I don't on those outside chairs.I am so disappointed,never expected somebody to speak so rudely,and I told her ,I will report this,she answered and get out,Don't care,That was the first time I experienced this in that shop. Thank you for allowing us to write our reviews.
