I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and response regarding my rates clearance certificate request.
The request was submitted on 11-May-2026 at 07:43 and allocated to Jennifer Trollip. Since then, I have followed up several times but have not received any response or meaningful update on the progress of my request.
This delay is unacceptable, especially as the certificate is urgently required for a property sale. Despite multiple attempts to obtain assistance, there has been no communication or resolution provided.
I am requesting urgent attention to this matter and immediate feedback on the status of the certificate.
Customers should not have to follow up repeatedly to receive basic service or updates.
