Negligent,terrible service provider
Their service is terrible and have negligent staff. Last year I had a burglar in the yard and rang the alarm (emergency), they called but never pitched to the incident. The guy who picked the call says he did not hear that I said I need help,he hang up the call.I was helped by CPF yet I pay CITIPROTECT every month, subsequently they suspended my alarm without even notifying me. I then stopped paying, now they are calling off the hook.
Sometimes you ring the alarm,only to find it's not ringing to them.and it will take months before a technical come.
Terrible, negligent service provider.

10 Nov 2021, 12:41We acknowledge the complaint, to this extent we confirm that it is the clients duty to ensure his alarm is in a working condition as per the signed agreement. The client is failing to declare that he was called about the faulty alarm and never attended to it. The client also refused to pay a call-out as per contract so as to allow us to attend to the system problem.
We can confirm that the clients failure to make payments in terms of the agreement lead to credit actions being taken against the client. It is our submission that the client chose to vent on this forum as the client is well aware of the terms of the agreement and his failure to adhere to it.
