BAD SERVICE

The manager there ddint treat me right at all, i even requested for my refund what i had ordered and not happy about. This is the C/Licken I usually buy ice cream from all the time, this week i bought ice cream and the quantity/size of the ice cream was smaller than all the previous days i had bought then i asked whats happening now why is the ice cream so small this time coz i know is not this little coz i always here. The woman staff there escalated to the manager, my 1st time meeting the manager a young gentleman who doesnt have people's skills at all,,,, the way he responded raising his voice at his staff and myself asking me HOW IS THE CREAM SMALL BCS ITS ALWAYS THIS SIZE, told him NO, i always buy food & ice cream here and my 1st time seeing this small quantity ice cream, ddnt even bother reasoning with me he said if i want my refund its fine with him. I ddnt wanna argue with him as i saw how hes acting, i just waited there took my refund and left i had my day spoilt.

Why would i buy there again. Id rather go ELSEwhere where my money will be appreciated with good service. Funny bcs this kind of service is only in the townships, but when u go outside in the suburbs the service and the food is always on point, nothing like Soweto nje. Now im forced to go elsewhere
