No help after 3 months

This is now three months since Car Service City North Riding seized my engine, and they have done nothing to fix their error.

The manager is nowhere to be found, we are in a hopeless situation and to top it all off, the response I received after laying a complaint is “we’ll wait to see what the ombudsman says”.

Inhumane, awful and abhorrent company.
