I had most horrible experience with regards to service that I received form Car care clinic in Melrose. I took in my car for just service but it came back misfiring and to date I still do not have my car back. Management sucks and they do not even give update on the work done unless you have to contact them firs. I am utterly disgusted by this. I escalated the matter up with head office and RMI office.

Had a bad experience with car care clinic Craighall the guy named Renier wants to over charge me for inspecting the car without even looking at the actual problem by removing that part says to me he thinks that the problem is there what can of service thinks that problems are there on a car i will no longer take my care to them or any other car care clinic.

Very patient and friendly. They tried really hard to find the problem took a couple of tries Peter was always friendly and communicated all that was happening he dropped me off and fetched me no matter how many times .I have been there a few times to service and a few small things they have always gone above and beyond .James the regional manager was so kind when I was struggling to pay and I will forever be grateful for his kindness .

Car care clinic Midrand... Did me dirty, I left my car on 8/04/26 for full service that needed to be done... The car took the whole day to be finished.. They called around 17:00 to day the car is ready for collection I told them I will collect today of which is 9/04/26.. When I got there I requested a 360 check before paying ... Only to find out they didn't fill anything as per their full service service .. the oil was half filled, they changed the air filter only... My handbreak wasn't touched..I left with it like that.. I had to wait for them to change the plugs of which you don't get them for full service only with PLATINUM PACKAGE. Please don't take your car there if you really need it urgently or you not ready to check everything after the service... So disappointed with their service...

An update Water pype broken. Water on the top.part of engin. Spark plugs, and a whole list of parts was replace after my service at Car Care Clinic on 7 January 2026. This happened on 27 February. They charge me almost R6000 for the service. Said they can fix it, again. This is after the service. Quoted me: R35000 + R 10 000 for labour they said. Yeah right. The biggest mistake of my life. Very disappointed that a business can treat ordinary people who are trying to make an honest living like this. Well, long story short. I got a qualified mechanic. Very satisfied with my car now. One thing is for sure. God doesn't sleep.

Very disappointed that a business can treat ordinary people who are trying to make an honest living like this. Well, long story short. I got a qualified mechanic. Very satisfied with my car now. One thing is for sure. God doesn't sleep.

Dec 2025 Kia picanto was booked for a major service. two days before the booking the car didnt start. put it on a flat bed and booked in. a week later I was told theres no compression and that the piston rings had to be replaced. Received the car on 3 January 2026 and drove it in for 1000km, a day before the booked oil change, the car again didnt want to start. a new timing chain was fitted and a week later the car leaked oil. this time the crank seal was the reason. In all of my correspondence I had to follow up. I never heard from them unless I had to pay. the reception is useless, You have to call 8 times before they answer but when you are physically there, reception does nothing. The only reason I still go back is because the work is under warranty. Customer service is non-existent. Workmanship is really bad. The franchise owners waltz in and out of the place and wouldn't give me a courtesy call to apologize for the bad service. Don't fall for the "cheap" ads, they will nail you on other things. They gave me a quote on brakes after doing a 70 point check for R14K for a car with drums and two front discs, My mercedes cost less than half to replace all four discs and pads. they're a *******!

Great service from Car Care Clinic Valley View They communicated with me every step of the service and I went back two weeks later to change one of the lights, and they changed the light free of charge for me.
