No service

About two weeks ago I posted a web enquiry for items that I needed for a project, I have had zero response. Yesterday, I called for pricing and availability on a range of products, the "Department"was busy and so I left a message expecting a call back - again zero response. Today, I have tried to escalate my requests but no human answers the calls.
