Such a dreadful experience.
Extremely disappointing experience. We had booked this restaurant in advance for my son’s birthday, but when we arrived, they claimed they had no record of our booking. There was no apology or effort to resolve the situation. We had planned to make our son’s birthday party a memorable occasion, but unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. To make matters worse, when we asked them to prepare food for our group (around 25 people), they said they had run out of ingredients and couldn’t accommodate us. This shows a complete lack of planning, preparation, and basic professionalism for a confirmed booking. The staff showed no accountability or willingness to assist, and the communication throughout was poor and dismissive. There was no attempt to offer alternatives or manage the situation responsibly. Because of this, we had to take all our guests to another restaurant at the last minute, which was stressful, embarrassing, and completely avoidable. Overall, it was a very disorganised experience, and it reflects poor management and lack of customer care. I would not recommend this place for events or group bookings.

1. There are not enough waiters. We waiting and 30 min to hour every time for help. 2. Lack of sufficient stock (e.g.) cooldrinks, juice, alcohol beverages. We were asked to choose what they have available. 3. My whole family were served expired meat. This was unacceptable. The restaurant manager had to collect everyone plates. 4. Other customers complained about meat smelling funny /off

good food good vibes
We regularly visit blueberry beacon family restaurant. they have a great atmosphere, gigantic playground for the kids and their food is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly, we enjoy going there in the school holidays because they always have Disney characters that interact with the kids.

good food good vibes
We regularly visit blueberry beacon family restaurant. they have a great atmosphere, gigantic playground for the kids and their food is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly, we enjoy going there in the school holidays because they always have Disney characters that interact with the kids.

Terrible service
I experienced the worst service at Blue Berry beacon Beyers Naude firstly the Ribs were burnt,they out of wine the fish was grilled extremely dry excuse after excuses from the Manager never again Will I bring my family to this place terrible food and service.

Manager at the Edenvale branch terrible
Ordered the blue cheese burger, worst thing I have tasted in my life. I sent it back, the manager said he would dock it from the waitresses pay even tho she had nothing to do with the food. Ended up paying for food I didn’t eat. Go there for the kids but maybe eat somewhere else before going there. The manager has terrible customer service, our waitress was amazing though. They should consider firing the manager because he is rude as hell. I do not appreciate being made to pay for terrible food and the manager threatening to dock the wait staff pay for things they had no control over, they should look into this branch in Edenvale and how they are possibly exploiting the waiters cos why must they pay for food they didn’t cook.

Edenvale branch- Pathetic, worst experience ever!
The worst experience ever!!! The Manager is pathetic, no management skills whatsoever, treats staff like **** and they have a whole argument right in the middle of the restaurant, this happened more that 3 times... We attended my nephews birthday party, there was no characters which that is the whole attraction of the restaurant... The service was terrible, side plates were dirty and their prices are ridiculous 300ml coke is over R30 when retail price clearly states R13 so they mark-up 3x the price which is against the consumer act... They brought out the wrong cake then couldn't find the cake, eventually they found it after 30 minutes. They have the gumball and tattoo machines which you have to exchange R5 cash for 1token, we exchanged R120 in which 4 tokens (R20) go stuck and we called the manager to assist and he abruptly told us there is nothing he can do as the machines are outsourced, in which we told him that the people will see the coins stuck when they come and do maintenance. He then walked away while shouting "just wait"! He returns and asked us who is our waiter and then proceeds to shout at her for God only knows what?! Then he asked how did we pay for these coins because we had requested our money back for all the coins as it is useless if the machines are out of order, we told him we paid cash and he shouted once again that "I cant help if you paid cash"! and walked away again!! eventually he calls another employee and tells her "just give them their money"! If i could give zero stars i would! The restaurant was way better when it was still Malagueta

Very good and safe place to host kids' parties, lots of entertainment for kids and adult, food very big portions. Price is very affordable. Will most definitely go back here again soon.

Very good and safe place to host kids' parties, lots of entertainment for kids and adult, food very big portions. Price is very affordable. Will most definitely go back here again soon.
