I am beyond frustrated with Toyota and the complete disregard for my personal information and privacy. For months, I have been receiving calls, SMSs, and notifications relating to OTHER PEOPLE’S vehicles, registrations, services, and collections. I constantly receive messages saying vehicles are due for services or ready for collection — none of which belong to me. What makes this even worse is that my cellphone number appears to be linked to multiple Toyota branches and systems, including dealerships in Namibia, under different customer names. This is a serious breach of personal information management and completely unacceptable. I have already contacted Toyota on numerous occasions and lodged complaints, yet the problem continues. Every time I think it has been resolved, more calls and messages come through. Clearly, nobody is taking this matter seriously. This ongoing harassment has caused extreme stress, anger, frustration, and emotional distress. The constant interruptions and repeated calls have negatively affected my daily life to the point where it is impacting my concentration and mental wellbeing. I am tired of being disturbed because Toyota cannot properly manage customer data. I expect Toyota to urgently: Remove my cellphone number from ALL incorrect customer profiles and systems Investigate how my number became linked to multiple people and dealerships Confirm in writing that this issue has been permanently resolved Explain what measures are being taken to prevent this from happening again At this stage, I am seriously questioning Toyota’s compliance with POPIA and basic customer privacy standards. Absolutely unacceptable service and shocking data management from a company of this size.

BALLITO TOYOTA Worst experience , Car had to stay over night, was booked in at 7.30 am overbooked, not well managed at all, forgot to tightnen my handbrake, Said to me my car was done at 4.30pm and had to put in break pads, the driver was still in westbrook at 5pm, to come and fecth me I had to phone everytime to make sure they dont forget about me , So I said just leave it I will make a plan tomorrow then the next morning NO ONE phoned me I phoned at 10am and then they said my car was still busy so they **** also or they just didnt know what they were talking about. The worst experience in Ballito I will never go there AGAIN

I took my Toyota Hilux on 26th feb for service at Toyota gezina and i regret wholeheartedly. Fast forward to the day upon fetching my car later in the afternoon i discovered that the boat on the front right-hand side was removed which was very puzzling because it was tight in the morning when i took my and it can simple mean they have un*****ed the boat. the following day i took it with the service advisor who promised that she'll revert back to of which never bothered. I kept on contacting her and she literally ignored me. one morning in March I received a survey on WhatsApp to rate their service that's where i got a chance to vent out my frustration where immediately i received a call from them. they ask me to bring my car that Saturday i think it after a month (26th march) if which i did and upon arrival they replaced with a wrong boat which was silver and promised me that they will order the correct boat (black) and fix my car. to date i haven't received any feedback from them and my car not fixed. POOR PATHETIC SERVICE received from Bidvest McCarthy Toyota GEZINA stay away from them. Very *********** dealership
