Ignore any positive reviews about Beach Blue pools or Empire pools. They are all lies. Their fiends clearly post these. They are ****mers and super aggressive. They've even been on etv devi show. They also don't pay vat. Contact me if you want more detail.

Thieves
Thieves, they will take your money and you won’t see them again. There’s no 7 year guarantee, no trained staff, Johan Botha and Natasha burger are nothing but low life thieves. Do not use these people, they will only destroy your pool and cost you more money!

Natasha & Johan are scam artists
A waste of money! Bunch of scam artists, Johan & Natasha. No supervision, paint is peeling off the new pool after just a few months, tiling was done terribly. The owner ignores our messages after telling him of the the peeling pool paint. The owner is also very unprofessional and very aggressive towards his staff and clients, having assaulted one of his staff onsite. Owner verbally assaulted the client and does not take responsibility for their ***** ups. rather stating that the client opted for the "cheap" option, which was not the case.

DO NOT USE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE!!!!!!
Natasha was quick to come through and give me a quote. There was promises of quality and competence, haha. They started the work and that's when i realized I may have made a big mistake, they are highly unskilled and incompetent at their jobs. The bladder like others mentioned leaked, wasn't fitted properly and there was no supervision. After the pool was completed, not even a month after, the fibre glass starts to peel off. Bear in mind, 10 year guarantee as promised. So i send them pictures of the damage, they say they will send someone out, then they are apparently on holiday as an excuse for no responding, then they reject your calls with sms of promises of calling back which they never do, and pretty much ignore your calls and whatsapp messages. In short, I would say they are a combination of being highly unskilled in running a business as well doing any quality work. They will lie, its like second nature to them which is why i fell for it. Rest assured, you will not see them again regardless of the guarantee and any defects that occur after. R30k gone for nothing, will now have to get lawyers involved to deal with these clowns. Absolutely USELESS!!!!!!

Feeling Scammed...
DO NOT go with this business. Poor workmanship, probably due to the owners never supervising or even having a supervisor to check up on things...Theres always excuses as to why owners or supervisors can never come around to check up on the work done, even though promises were made. Workers are not here at times, the job is taking forever because they don't have the correct supplies that we have already paid for. As well as them selling our old paving bricks to a warehouse without our acknowledgement. Red flags all over...over 200k spent and could probably do a better job myself...

BEACH BLUE POOLS - SCAMMERS
My current pool is 22 years old and it was much needed that I redo the pool and decided on fibreglass. I contacted Beach Blue Pools, contact person is Natasha Bothma. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their water bladder is full of leaks and alot of water was lost, their was no point in having the bladder in the first place. Their full and final payment was made on a Monday. WEDNESDAY all the paint was peeling from the pool. We had notified them to come redo the pool. Our phone calls are unanswered, messages not returned. I have to warn everyone of these scam artists. Please stay away from Beach Blue Pools !!!!
