I had a very disappointing experience with Suzuki Hatfield.
In February, I was informed that there was no stock available for the vehicle I wanted, but I was encouraged to place a holding deposit with the assurance that stock would arrive within 4–6 weeks. I was also clearly told that I would be in line for the next shipment.
After waiting patiently, I followed up on 24 March and was told that the vehicle had still not arrived. I continued to wait, but on 8 April, I was then informed that even if stock did arrive, I might not receive a vehicle as there were other customers ahead of me — something that was never disclosed when I paid the deposit.
I was then advised to consider an alternative model. After discussions, I agreed, only to be told that this option was also out of stock and would require an additional 4–6 week wait — after I had already been waiting for over 9 weeks.
This experience was frustrating and misleading. The lack of transparency and changing information made it impossible to trust the process. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.
I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
