I had a very disappointing experience with Suzuki Hatfield. In February, I was informed that there was no stock available for the vehicle I wanted, but I was encouraged to place a holding deposit with the assurance that stock would arrive within 4–6 weeks. I was also clearly told that I would be in line for the next shipment. After waiting patiently, I followed up on 24 March and was told that the vehicle had still not arrived. I continued to wait, but on 8 April, I was then informed that even if stock did arrive, I might not receive a vehicle as there were other customers ahead of me — something that was never disclosed when I paid the deposit. I was then advised to consider an alternative model. After discussions, I agreed, only to be told that this option was also out of stock and would require an additional 4–6 week wait — after I had already been waiting for over 9 weeks. This experience was frustrating and misleading. The lack of transparency and changing information made it impossible to trust the process. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I bought Suzuki swift last year July, end of year contacted Suzuki regarding service for my vehicle they advised this year July for first service, on the 18th of February 2026 phoned and booked for my car took it yesterday the 19th of February 2026,only to be phoned back after 3hrs by a rude lady by the nale of Michelle Van Staden to say it was passed due service of which wrong information was from there side last when I reached out to them,she told me not to shout at her as I did not have the right,when to the store for my vehicle asked for Manager very condensing approach he gave to even say I should rest Michelle and I should have taken name of the consultants when I phoned last year,as he normally does take names whenever he goes ,saying it was my duty to.note that ????? Bear in mind I was not shouting at the lady at the store.....I felt racially treated by Suzuki,in a process of selling my vehicle

Two weeks ago, I called Suzuki in PMB wanting to purchase a car. I knew what car I wanted and wanted the sales person to begin process. Getting him to get back at me was huddle because he often said they had power outages. Anyway, finally sent the required papers and it took him a while day to get back to me. Once I received the approval form different banks, I wanted them to change the lending interest offered on the deal based on my credit score and other things. Two weeks later, I haven't heard anything from those people. As a motivated buyer this is very disappointing that I now need to go to a dealer that's far from me and have to do the process again.

Tell me why I took my car for a 90 000 service and everything was ok, only to realise later in the evening when it was raining that my wipers are not working. I took the car back to them this morning for them to tell me that I have to book the car in again so they can diagnose and fix the issue. Meaning i must be inconvenienced again and pay more money for something that was working fine before I took the car there. This is all a *******, they are causing problems so you can keep coming back to them and they rip you off more. Mind you it’s not the first time, but this time is definitely the last. Very disheartening

Tell me why I took my car for a 90 000 service and everything was ok, only to realise later in the evening when it was raining that my wipers are not working. I took the car back to them this morning for them to tell me that I have to book the car in again so they can diagnose and fix the issue. Meaning i must be inconvenienced again and pay more money for something that was working fine before I took the car there. This is all a *******, they are causing problems so you can keep coming back to them and they rip you off more. Mind you it’s not the first time, but this time is definitely the last. Very disheartening

I serviced my Suzuki Fronx with BB Suzuki Hatfield in August 2025 and when I got it back there was an issue with the aircon where it was not heating enough or cooling enough. When I took my car in today, 22 October 2025 to be checked I got attended to by a guy with the worst attitude as if I owe him something or he is doing me a favour by attending to my car’s issue; meanwhile the car still has service and warranty plans. They will never get business from me again.

I booked my car in to be serviced at their workshop, when I went to collect it I’ve noticed that they’ve swapped my car battery and other car parts, and other services were not performed. When I complained about it they told me to monitor the car if there’s no change I must contact them. I tried contacting them but instead they ignore and drop my phone calls.

Exception service. Shane from BB Hatfields bent over back wards to provide above average service. what he committed to he delivered on. The car is in perfect condition and Shane has truly accommodated me as a customer. I love Suzuki and have a Baleno already so than you Suzuki for delivering another exceptional value for money car with a service which tops all other brands.
