I’m very dissatisfied with the service I got from this company. Their delivery did not happened between 3-6 days as they stated . Pedestals were delivered unassembled. I’m now on week 3 going back and forth . The lack of service is unbelievable. Communication is bad as I have to do multiple follows ups . Save your money and don’t buy from them .

I could give them 0 rating if that would be possible. I'm utterly dissaponted by Bamboo matresses' service. I app**** for a refund on the 23rd of March and was told I will receive it within 7 days. Till this day I haven't received my refund. Or atleast any promising refund sms. This is completely unfair on my end. I have tried emailing the manager and everything to request when I will receive my refund but I still haven't received it. I'm completely upset and will never consider purchasing anything from Bamboo Matresses again!

I could give them 0 rating if that would be possible. I'm utterly dissaponted by Bamboo matresses' service. I app**** for a refund on the 23rd of March and was told I will receive it within 7 days. Their service is very poor, and I cannot recommend anyone to buy from them. Honestly speaking, I bought two beds worth R11,000.00 online on the 15th of November, and even now I have not received any delivery. The worst part about Bambo Mattress is that they don’t call to update you about your delivery; they expect you to call them all the time. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again in my life. To show how poor their service is: after paying the R1,700 delivery fee, I was later asked to pay an additional R800 on top of that. I paid the extra R800, but even after that, I still have not received my delivery.

I bought a bed on the 31 Oct 2025, through them and didnt know they only deliver around Gauteng only. I paid and they called back and informed me that the delivery price that i paid was for Gauteng province. I then requested a refund since i am in Limpopo and they promised to refund me within 7 working days. When i call them my calls are being ignored and their whatsaap robot keeps on promising and promising to pay. I even send them proof of my banking details . My Order number: BM2732

I am ****ed off by this company Bamboo mattress. I bought a queen sleigh bed in July via PayJustNow, they called me and told me that the bed was out of stock so they were going to upgrade for me. I had no problem with that a month later I received my order only to find out that it is small in size it’s not the queen they told me to take measurements I did, they then told me that they see the problem was on their side so they offered to give me 2 options 1st would be that I take the bed and they will refund me R2000 2nd would be that they come & collect then they will refund me. I chose option 2 coz I had already brought bed for my other rooms. They took ages to come & collect eventually they collected on the 29th of September. They have been giving me a run around with my money they have not refunded me and I have to be the one who’s always asking what is holding up and they always tells bulli**** and they say they will get back to me of which they never did I have to be the one who’s always asking about my refund. This company is bull**** I wish people could stop buying from them they are big ****mers. I WANT MY MONEY

The worst business with the most *********** staff!!! Firstly u have to chase up them to follow up on an order and then get give a delivery date with no show but endless excuses . They tell me a mattress got broken while loading in delivery truck from warehouse , why then don’t they take another one right on that moment? Next thing they say they have refunded and its been 8 days nothing and when u contact them- u get taken from pillar to post… i do not think these people are running a business to serve customers- they are a bunch of ****s and i want my money back!!! And today when i follow up again since morning they have been telling me that they will get back to me and then nothing. Please help me get my money back from these ************* people
