The worst business with the most *********** staff!!! Firstly u have to chase up them to follow up on an order and then get give a delivery date with no show but endless excuses . They tell me a mattress got broken while loading in delivery truck from warehouse , why then don’t they take another one right on that moment? Next thing they say they have refunded and its been 8 days nothing and when u contact them- u get taken from pillar to post… i do not think these people are running a business to serve customers- they are a bunch of ****s and i want my money back!!! And today when i follow up again since morning they have been telling me that they will get back to me and then nothing. Please help me get my money back from these ************* people
We ordered office chairs from Makro and 2 of them got broken and when we logged a return, they came back with a response that the chairs are fine after providing pictures of us being unable to use the chairs as they are loose and out of balance. The audacity to return the same condition of chairs and tell us they find no fault and cannot exchange or refund us so we are being slapped back with broken furniture that is now sitting in our boardroom and of no use because someone refuses to do their job! What is the purpose of letting people buy and when the product is faulty then we should remain with it! This is the worst service ever- regret ever ordering online from Makro! The return policy is also a nightmare you get moved from one person to the other and then wait for a number of days to get a response and when they do- you're still stuck with no help but products you cannot use! What are we supposed to do with these broken chairs???- the level of disrespect sending the driver back with the very same broken products. Disgusting!
They called me a month ago offering me a cellphone contract under cell C network and l chose a router instead. Then someone called me to tell me the deal they selling me is actually a ******* as they only giving me 2gb per month and when the gigs finish it will be an open line. But initially the sales person told me they upgrade each time the data geta finished without any extra costs, so be careful with these people- they will say anything to u just to make sales not considering how that will have an impact in your expenses/finances. Im glad l stopped the order from being delivered cause their people have different stories
Such POOREST service ever!!! I did a contract re-new on the 15 March, to this day the 30th April 2021 l haven't received my device! When you call, you speak to incompetent agents who lie and tell you stories. Everyday you get told, your case is being escalated and there's always a follow up this, follow up that! Nonsense. Next thing they send a message to tell you that you're device is on it's way.... Lies on top of lies! Speaking to a Josephine now who's not even interested, she's not even willing to listening or help. Next thing a Celeste said she will call, to this day I'm waiting!!! Yet they're very big at debiting. How frustrating that you have to deal with such incompetence and worst of all. Liars who keep taking you from pillar to post! Totally disappointed!!!!
What a terrible experience ever! Sales person lie just so they can reach targets and yet they don't meet the standard they preach. Such **** service ever and funny how as a client, thought I'd let the 1st service go and give them a second chance but they js keep disappointing!! How awful

I've never had such frastration in my whole life. Imagine receiving a call that promises to help your credit profile abd that phone call turns to be one from HELL. firstly l agreed to take up the contract when i received a call some time in December 2019 nd informed the consultant that im currently unemployed but because im interested, i can only be able to pay their debit order end of January 2020. They agree and guess what.. I get debit notifications during the month of December 2019,now who is incompetent here??? "What the heck," i thought, l reversed the debit wanting them to call me and explain what going on... No instead they send me an email for handover... Now tell me, what have these people done for me that is now handed over except for frastrate me and put me in overdrawn bank account?? I Emailed back the company that was supposedly handling my account but l was told they had opened an account for me.. Okay cool, what abt the fact that i told them to debit end of Jan and not some time in December - that was not answered... Fine now bcs im tired of dealing with this whole thing, l set up an agreed to debit order that they can debit and we continue... Guess what??? They debit and come back to call me weeks after to tell me they do not see my payment and i must screenshot and send statements... This is totally unprofessional and irritating and to top it off, since my very "useful bank FNB" only shows statements ending 13 January 2020- not sure wjy they haven't updated that on the app as yet... I cannot produce the latest statement and they send me an sms that l did not pay them and therefore forced to Blacklist me!!!!! Max law and its **** service!!!! I want the whole thing canceled
FNB Alberton staff and manager utterly rude. I went there to withdraw money from my account and l was treated like i run some criminal activity. Firstly they ask me "where did you get the money from?" the Teller asked with such rudeness telling me it won't be authorized if l do not bring enough proof that the money is indeed mine. I have never felt so belittled by a bank that l thought has my best interest at heart. I even joined their FNB law on call n moved my Funeral policies because l thought they can b relied on. The manager just came from whever and said "Let me see the proof of payment for such a large amount of money in your bank account" up to this day, l am shocked and felt l should close the account but seeing all these reviews made me realize how unworthy it is to be with FNB considering l left Capitec thinking im moving in to better!
