I’m very dissatisfied with the service I got from this company. Their delivery did not happened between 3-6 days as they stated . Pedestals were delivered unassembled. I’m now on week 3 going back and forth . The lack of service is unbelievable. Communication is bad as I have to do multiple follows ups . Save your money and don’t buy from them .
I was glad to know that I can do my courier at Boxer in Mmabatho , as it is suppose to be offering courier guy services . To my surprise everytime I go there to do my parcel drop off the system is not working . However it works for pick up . What is the point of advertising it if it’s not fully operational . And why is not sorted . I went in December 2025 to courier could not get assistance and u went again in Jan 2026 still not . How long does it take to fix a system issue ?
The department of home affairs in Mmabatho service is terrible , I understand that sometimes machinery /equipments disappoint us but the least we can do is inform clients and not keep quite staring at them and going up and down . We need to be treated with respect and dignity we are human beings and using our money to pay for the services . What has happened to customer service . This is bad we are still experiencing bad customer service in 2026.
We opened a business account with a Standard Bank branch in clear water mall with a lady called Chantal Swart . The overall experience was bad and we decided to cancel the business account after say 4 -6weeks . We dont have the bank cards never received the swiping machine. The worst part is dealing with a so called banker who does not care for her clients and never ever responds to emails . Talk about bad customer services . Anyway we went to the branch to cancel signed paper work and she told us she will do it . Even today it’s not done . No communication no email. Can some please cancel this account !!!!!!!!!!!we are done with this bank .
I would like to express the horrible service that this company has towards their customers . Everytime they have a network issues it is impossible for them to resolve the issue always blaming VUMA and sending their customers to Vuma technicians who will also send us back to Webafrica. It is always pillar to post when it comes to resolving wifi connection issues. Then you have their chat channel which is absolutely useless because they never get anything done unless you ask for a manager or if you want to cancel the service. I have spoken to 3 consultants already every time I don’t respond they close the chat , my thing is why is the next consultant not going through my previous chat to resolve the issue . To those looking for a service provider STAY AWAY from Webafrica!!I spoke to these below useless consultant 1. Tshepiso M 2. Ephraim S
This a horrible courier service to work with. My parcel was delivered to me on a Saturday without my concern and obviously no one was at the premises. It was suppose to be re scheduled for delivery im here waiting 4 days later no communication nothing . I tried to speak to the courier company on WhatsApp no response and calls (waiting for long) to no avail. What happened to customer service ? This is BAD BAD service.
It has been a week that I’m trying to access my money and im not winning . I have called the customer service multiple times besides the fact that it’s highly impossible to get hold of them , waiting time being high , calls are dropped by *********** agents and them being an online bank with no other options of speaking to a human being. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t recommend this bank to anyone.
Bad bad bad bad service I have been having an issues with their service no internet for 2 months still and no solution. I was promised to get calls nobody does. This company clearly has no customer service non whatsoever. They are busy debiting my money yet I’m without service. If anyone is out there listen please don’t bother with them. Today spoke to a consultant by the name of Mandisa M and she still could not assist. I’m waiting to get assisted with cancelling, let’s see if that will happen.
I have had bad experience with this company. I’m paying for a service going for the second month now without internet. The fact that you can’t even speak to someone telephonically is very annoying. I’m sick and tired of talking to those call centre agents via their chat system and still not providing a solution. Bad bad bad internet service and bad customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!
