I made a 6 month term loan by Atlas Finance in February 2026 when they were to deduct their in stallments of R1329.54 the last day of every month for the 6 months. On the 15 April 2026 I emailed them on info on settling them the end of April 2026 so because they were so *********** they sent me the settlement letter which was valid until 22 April 2026 that very same day with the amount R3719.22 so I rep**** by telling the if they read the email properly I've asked for the end of April. On the 23 April they sent me another settlement letter this time the amount was R4252.54. On the 29 April when my wages just entered my account the deducted thei installment of R1329.54 knowing I was about to settle the loan but yet they still deducted a day before they were supposed to, so I deposited a R2924.00 into their account with the thought of the amount they deducted ahead of time and the amount I deposited equals the settlement amount and I sent them an email with the settlement letter, the installment they deducted and the amount I deposited. The next day I asked the agent at Goodwood for a paid up letter and he confirmed to me that I still owe them a balance of R954.34 because they already deducted their installment, so I told them I will not pay them anything because I have settled them already. South Africa I wanna make sure you guys know how deceiving Atlas Finance is and I beg of you guys not to make any bussiness with these ****** even the loan I paid over double the amount.

Do not apply for a loan online at atlas finance they take a whole week to get back to you after submitting your documents you still have to ask them what happened to the documents submitted as they dont get back to you the agent that received my documents was *********** and said no documents was attached and to date still no feedback recieved

I am lodging this complaint because I have been trying for approximately 12 months to get proper assistance from Atlas Finance / ATCorp, without any meaningful resolution. The issue relates to my Atlas Finance profile, changed details, inability to access or properly use my profile, and assistance required with a loan application. I have attempted to resolve this directly and privately. I have called. I have sent emails. I have tried to escalate the matter through several available email addresses. Instead of receiving proper assistance, my latest escalation emails were rejected by ATCorp’s mail system, including emails sent to customer care, info, privacy, and publicity addresses. That means even my attempts to formally place the complaint before the company are being blocked or are failing at email-delivery level. This is unacceptable for a financial services provider dealing with consumer records, profile access, application assistance, and customer information. A customer should not have to chase a company for 12 months, call repeatedly, send emails repeatedly, and still be left without a clear answer or a competent person taking ownership of the matter. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic customer service, proper escalation, and a direct response from someone with authority to resolve the issue. I request that Atlas Finance / ATCorp urgently contact me, confirm what details are currently reflected on my profile, explain why I have been unable to get assistance for so long, and assign a competent senior person to resolve this immediately. After 12 months of failed attempts, unanswered issues, rejected emails, and no proper resolution, this matter now requires urgent management intervention.

Hi, I asked Senamile Mbokazi at Atlas Finance to update my credit profile for debt of 2023, its almost 2 months now no update from the bureau or atlas finance..... she ignores my emails. To the CEO you are running a pathetic business with pathetic staff, actually starting from the top which is you.... all I want is for my profile to be updated.
