Worst Courier Service

Asendia has proven to be completely unprofessional and not trustworthy. I had a Shein parcel handled by them, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The parcel simply does not move you end up waiting forever with no progress or communication.

What makes this worse is that Shein continues to use Asendia despite their poor service. It’s baffling why a major retailer would rely on a company that consistently fails to deliver.

Asendia should honestly close down their operations in South Africa because they are not working for us here. Customers deserve reliable service, and Asendia has shown they cannot provide it.
