THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD.

I app**** for a contract for a MacBook. I was advised that someone will contact me in 7-14 days. A month went by, I enquired, I was told someone is working on the application. I went to Telkom store, they did not see the application on their system. I then went to apple store. An sales assistant told me that they can see the application but it has not been processed.

This then leave one possibility, Apple has been lying about assisting me. Not sure for what reason but their customer service experience is horrible. Even at the Somerset West branch I received the coldest welcome and I initially stood there for 15 mins and no one seemed to check if i needed any assistance.
