Unresolved Payment Errors & Locked Account To the Management Team, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a total failure of service. My account is currently completely unusable, and your teams have failed to resolve a critical issue first reported last Thursday. The Facts: The Issue: Since last Thursday, the app and terminals have repeatedly thrown error messages when I attempt to make a critical settlement payment. No Resolution: Despite visiting the branch twice. Blocked Account: I am now completely locked out and cannot use my account at all.Being passed from pillar to post while my financial arrangements are disrupted is entirely unacceptable. I require the following actions immediately today: Unblock my account so it is fully functional. Call Center Failures: I have wasted significant airtime hanging on the line trying to speak to a manager. Have a senior manager contact me directly on the number below to confirm this is resolved.
