Overcharged on a settled loan
Good day
I am not happy with African Bank. I have settled my loans with them on the 13th April 2026.
On the record the allocation was done few days later intentionally. On the 24th April they decided to debit me and again on the 25th of May for the same amount that was settled on the 13th of April 2026.
