I shared a review last week regarding my experience with Affordable Cars. I was concerned of not receiving the necessary documentations for over a month now though I was promised they will be sent immediately after signing the contract on the 1st February 2022 via the email which never happened. Until now that I had to beg for them and I was told they have been stuck in the outbox. Now it seems like it was my fault,I got called and told that I should delete the review or otherwise I will be sued??? I also got a WhatsApp message that I should have confirmed if received or not- for the whole month and 3 weeks the client not receiving the relevant documents from the company after being reassured that they will be sent, now it turns to be my fault??? Well, by the time I bought my car I was all excited and everything was explained to me. They took their time to reassure me and gave me all the information. I really appreciate that. Not receiving the documents I thought maybe I should have received the update at least.I got called to collect the disc and my husband got only 1 document (disc)not so long on the 08th March 2022. The other documents I was expecting them by email long time ago in February....now they were stuck in the outbox and it's now my fault. How do I delete a review on HelloPeter?

I have dealt Ryno and his crew for the last 17 years, buying and selling cars through him and it has always been a pleasure. He, as well as his staff, has always been on top of their game. I have referred friends, family and my own customers to him, and I will continue to do so in the greatest confidence! My wife's 2002 Corsa, which I bought there last year August is simply top notch - and that is a 17 year old car.

This is company is a big scam, they sell cars that were involved in car accidents. They sold me a car that was involved in a car accident without telling me, the car engine is damaged and leaking under the under numerous pips were still damaged and were not replaced, when I asked to replace the damaged parts they refused so I decided to cancel the contract and they saying that I should pay them an amount of R53000 which includes mileage’s mind you I had only used the car for about 2 weeks and it was still under the 30 day warranty period meaning that should I find that the car is not in the condition as promised I can still return with no cost. I have no choice at this point will have to take a loan and pay this amount I have leant a lesson in a very hard way and I’m sharing this so that you will not have to go through what I went through.

Recently acquired a vehicle from Affordable Cars and got charged for Licensing & registration and the vehicle was registered but not licensed and further asked to go do licensing on my side as they are a different province. I then sent an agent to go licensing due to being hectic and now its become a huge back and forth emails and calls with Affordable Cars not will to reimburse the licensing fees, whereby I have been charged for it on their invoice. Their assistant business manager (Jackie) keeps saying sorry I will check or sorry I don't understand. This is bad customer service when they already have received their full payment.

My dad bought me a car from affordable cars in kempton park. What a grave error this has been... the opel corsa essentia has had issue upon issue and the dealership and its workshop have caused more heartache and trauma.

The vehicle was bought second hand and we were told that the side passenger door was involved in a minor fender bender but with the troubles of the last 6 months (still new) it has come to light that the car had a major accident something we were told EXPLICITLY did not happen.

The car began its issues in Jan 2017 less than 60days after purchase it was constantly leaking and i called the dealership to report it and i was told to take the car to opel for major service which i did. At opel i was told the car had damages worth 18k . To my shock i had the damages repaired... a month later the car continued to have leaking issues. I called the dealership once and thy asked me to bring it in after i expressed my concern to Francois the manager as i had not been made aware of the SEVERITY OF THR DAMAGES TO THE CAR! who referred me to their workshop (handled by Gideon)which said then claimed that the thermo stat had stopped working and that they would claim from the warranty they took through (SA WARRANTIES) they "fixed" the thermostat and gave me the car back. The car continued to give me issues i too it to opel to have a look at and its turned out they did not do any of thr work they claimed to and my father had to buy the parts needs himself. If a claim was made im curious on what they did with the money.

i called them and complained about the lack if ethics and they claimed that they did their work which was proven other wise. I also told them that since i got the car back its vibrating and the rev count is dropping on its own.

After some time the car went from bad to worse. It began to rev itself when idling and consume copious amount of fuel. It would also switch the car off as the rev count dropped too low when i come to a stop at a robot. The car was taken to opel to look at and we were told that the car had engine failure. My dad returned the car to Affordable Cars kempton park and they now say that i require a new engine . They will put in a second hand engine for 85k and i will need to pay 70k as the warranty only pays 15k....

the value of the car was 83k so how does this make sense.... this was a grave mistake
