My dad bought me a car from affordable cars in kempton park. What a grave error this has been... the opel corsa essentia has had issue upon issue and the dealership and its workshop have caused more heartache and trauma.

The vehicle was bought second hand and we were told that the side passenger door was involved in a minor fender bender but with the troubles of the last 6 months (still new) it has come to light that the car had a major accident something we were told EXPLICITLY did not happen.

The car began its issues in Jan 2017 less than 60days after purchase it was constantly leaking and i called the dealership to report it and i was told to take the car to opel for major service which i did. At opel i was told the car had damages worth 18k . To my shock i had the damages repaired... a month later the car continued to have leaking issues. I called the dealership once and thy asked me to bring it in after i expressed my concern to Francois the manager as i had not been made aware of the SEVERITY OF THR DAMAGES TO THE CAR! who referred me to their workshop (handled by Gideon)which said then claimed that the thermo stat had stopped working and that they would claim from the warranty they took through (SA WARRANTIES) they "fixed" the thermostat and gave me the car back. The car continued to give me issues i too it to opel to have a look at and its turned out they did not do any of thr work they claimed to and my father had to buy the parts needs himself. If a claim was made im curious on what they did with the money.

i called them and complained about the lack if ethics and they claimed that they did their work which was proven other wise. I also told them that since i got the car back its vibrating and the rev count is dropping on its own.

After some time the car went from bad to worse. It began to rev itself when idling and consume copious amount of fuel. It would also switch the car off as the rev count dropped too low when i come to a stop at a robot. The car was taken to opel to look at and we were told that the car had engine failure. My dad returned the car to Affordable Cars kempton park and they now say that i require a new engine . They will put in a second hand engine for 85k and i will need to pay 70k as the warranty only pays 15k....

the value of the car was 83k so how does this make sense.... this was a grave mistake
