Poor service
The 18 of May 2026 was exactly the 30 days I was told about on the email that was sent on the 08 of April 2026. I didn't get any communication about my claim the only way to be able to get feedback from Abacus if by writing here. Your service is disgusting I've been calling and being told my claim is with the risk management team.

20 May 2026, 04:48I haven't received any communication from Abacus your service is pathetic the investigating officer went to my family on the 5 of May 2026 and left telling them lies that he will submit the report that night and the money should be in on the 8 of May. He still had the nerve to ask if I've contributed towards the funeral while abacus hasn't released any money.
