Extremely bad communication!!! Had to service my car in August, couldn't due to Codiv-19 circumstances. Had no communication from then to inform me that if I do not take the car for the service within 60 day they will not pay of the service. A full years payment down the drain...

Pathetic business, with pathetic service. Will never recommend them to anybody. I service my vehicle within the required kilometers. I am due a 45k service. Vehicle is on 44k currently in Feb 2020. Booked vehicle in for service only for dealership to advise me that 360 plus will not be paying as according to them the vehicle should have been serviced in July 2019 already which I had no idea about. They debited my account until November 2019 and now refuse to pay for service even though my vehicle is within the 45000 kms. Been paying premium for 2years since my last service and now they refuse to pay for my last service after which the plan will be done. Utter b.s

Pathetic business, with pathetic service. Will never recommend them to anybody. I service my vehicle within the required kilometers. I am due a 45k service. Vehicle is on 44k currently in Feb 2020. Booked vehicle in for service only for dealership to advise me that 360 plus will not be paying as according to them the vehicle should have been serviced in July 2019 already which I had no idea about. I'm greatly disappointed with how my incorrectly captured information about my car is/has been handled. After 360plus listened to their recording they acknowledged that they made a mistake in capturing my car details, the company then cancelled my policy without my permission and continue to deduct monthly premiums. This is after they said they would phone me back to review my policy and adjust my premiums accordingly. Their delay in solving my issue has resulted me missing my timeline for my car service and still waiting for them to refund me as promised after their 21days deadline is now almost 2months!!!!!!!!!

I have bought this extended service plan for my vehicle in October 2018. This plan is not activated from the date of purchased. I have send an email last week 12 August 2019 to request what is the process to follow to service my vehicle. No response from the 360 Plus customer services. Today 19 August 2019 I took my vehicle in for the 120 000km services. After the dealer called for the authorization for the service, they are informed that the plan is not activated yet, I then called the customer care line again, the only thing that they are saying is that the plan might be activated after 3-4 hours, and this after I have informed them about the service a week prior to the service date. They have all my email communications, but still did not activate the plan. This is very poor service and I will not recommend this to any other person.

We join a service plan to have convenience. I used to take my vehicle to NMI DSM in Pietermaritzburg for its yearly service. Each and every time we went, it would take half the day just for NMI to get clearance from them, and thus we ended up sitting in a waiting room for 10-12 hours. I bared with them because at least it was getting done... Come 2018, NMI has closed in PMB with no notice to their clients on database and the only alternative I am given is NMI umhlanga rocks. Fine, I drive down at 5am just to get there by 7 and be in front of the queue. Same story, wait until 5pm in a waiting room at NMI two hours away from home. I didn't complain, we just carry on with it. Come 2019, NMI now doesn't accept my vehicle. I have phoned 360plus and finished my airtime several times since. I asked the agent for alternatives, I clearly stated to make sure the suggested places accept my vehicle. None of the places could accept my vehicle. I phoned 360 plus and spoke to a gentleman who also tried to look, but couldn't find anything other than all the way in amanzimtoti. I stated I would like a refund of my 12 months premiums since the previous service, as they could not honour their end of the contract. He stated there are no refunds, as I had used two services on the current policy. A lot more airtime later, and with no one accepting my vehicle, I phoned 360 plus again. The lady on the phone was looking for a place. She stated that KIA umhlanga should be able to accept my vehicle, and that she would call back after 10am to confirm as the service manager was not in. This was on Monday, and I have not even had attempted contact , emails or anything. They have no database or red flag system to alert of a clients vehicle being unable to receive servicing, they will continue to just take debit orders anyway The agents no nothing of customer service, they are happy for the client to sit on the line for ages listening to a recording of how important the call is to them If you ask to be transferred to a superior who can help, you will wait on a ringing line until you run out of airtime Here I am now, no closer to any answers, no refund, no replies, no concern on their end. They do not care if you get ****ed over

What a horrendous experience. I paid for a plan that includes 3 services, time comes for my third one, I take it in to my dealer and there it's been standing for almost THREE WEEKS NOW. They are "investigating" before approving the claim. A CONSTANT back and forth and we are getting NOWHERE. The staff are intensely incompetent. I cannot say I've ever had a worse experience anywhere else.
