Signed up for an uncapped 100mb/s package in conjunction with Nepic a year ago, only to find out that I have been billed for a 100mb/s line but in actual fact only got a 10mb/s line, that is a disparity of R8250 - After MONTHS of fighting back and forth over the speed issues Nepic's idea of the right compensation? Two months credit. WHAT A JOKE!

I don't even think my horrible review is even necessary, consider the over 600 1-star reviews they have. Horrendous service like I have never experienced, a completely lack-lustre approach to clients. The fact that this company still exists is a wonder to me, these profiteering idiots are a joke. Next step is ombudsman.
What a horrendous experience. I paid for a plan that includes 3 services, time comes for my third one, I take it in to my dealer and there it's been standing for almost THREE WEEKS NOW. They are "investigating" before approving the claim. A CONSTANT back and forth and we are getting NOWHERE. The staff are intensely incompetent. I cannot say I've ever had a worse experience anywhere else.
I am pulling my hair out! On the 14th of May my fibre router was installed and the technician told me activation will take a few hours. It's now been over THREE WEEKS? In the meantime I got service requests (Number SR180515/784481) that have been lying dormant and nothing been done by. I phoned your fibre department again today and they said they will try their best and see what they can do. But guess what, if I want to cancel because I have not been getting the service I was promised I have to pay penalties? In which world does that make sense?? They were incredibly quick to sign me up and get me into a contract, after that you are on your own and you better pray you actually get what you signed up for.

But the money would not have bothered me had they not promised to pay back and a few days later just completely ignored me and blocked on all social media.</p> <p> </p> <p>A disgrace of a business to put it lightly.</p>
