Found out when I took my car in for repairs that 360 Plus cancelled my policy without notice on claims that the premiums weren’t going through. I have bank statements proving that there was money in my bank account ALL THE TIME. The one consultant who help me just literally left me hanging on the line whilst he carried on with his conversation until I cut the call because he wasn’t willing to help and the Manager she was worse RUDE ARROGANT AND EMOTIONAL and refused to look into the matter.
