After my last issues with this company, I decided to migrate away from them. Unfortunately that means that I need them to allow the migration of my domains. That means that I have to communicate with 1-grid support.
This appears to be impossible. You can create a ticket, but nobody responds. You can track down their telephone number (it's not on their website) and call them, but when you select the option for "Domain support" the response is "there are no agents available" and it just cuts you off.
So, what option do I have? Should I look up their address and go and knock on their door to get service?
If you are considering this company for hosting, please run away as fast as possible.
