I am extremely frustrated with the service I have been receiving from 1Grid. My email issues have been ongoing for weeks now, and despite calling multiple times since last week, nothing has been properly resolved. Each time I contact support, I am told that they are “assisting,” yet the problems continue with no real solution.
Currently, emails are not going through to certain email addresses, and we are even unable to send emails internally within our own organisation. This is affecting our daily operations and communication with clients.
What is most disappointing is that this has become a recurring issue. I experience the same email problems almost every two weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a business hosting and email service provider. Constant disruptions like this negatively impact productivity and professionalism.
I expected a far more reliable service and better technical support from 1Grid.
